The contractor who built this may be asked to rectify the defect as the office is under warranty period. 61 3/9/2007 Bannergatta We NRI have bought around 110 plots in Nobel Nagar-Bannergatta, Kottigare village. A brick factory guy has set up a brick factory on our land. At present he is taking soil from our land. He does not allow any of us to approach our site. We want him to stop extracting soil from our land and remove his brick factory. I had lodged complaint in year 2000 with Bannergatta police station. But the brick factory guy is not bothered about the complaint. We NRI can not visit India very often neither can opt for a reprehensible act. We need your help to stop illegal extraction of soil from the land. 62 5/5/2007 G.B.PALYA The residence of GBPALYA which is on Hosur Main Road are facing many civic issues. Mainly the roads (CLAY ROADS) are a major threat to the civilians of this area. There are couple of big schools like "MAHA HIGH SCHOOL" , "ST MARYS SCHOOL".. where i daily see kids facing problems during rain seasons. I kindly request the authorities inchare to look into this and help the people of GBPALYA by providing a good road facility. I appreciate if you could start of work imm before summer ends. 63 5/7/2007 Jyothinagar, Mysore The construction of 22 subordi-nate quarters started from 28-12-06 to have been completed on the 27-12-07, but has not been completed even after lapse of a further four months. 64 5/8/2007 Chamarajanagar The DPO building was handed over to the Police Department, Chamarajanagar, on the 27-05-04. But after three years/intervening period rain water has leaked, all lighting equipment are malfunctioning. Also, the white-washing/painting on the outside walls,inside walls and on the doors and windows have faded and give bad appearance. Request was made vide CHANA/KATTADA/33/98/99, dt. 06-07-06, to repaid cracks to stop rainwater leaking, rapair all lighting fittings and get inside walls, outside walls and doors & windows. 67 7/20/2007 RamaSwamy Palya Drainage system is not correct in Veerabhadrappa Road. During rains water floods in all houses more than knee level. Very difficult to survive. Possiblity of electric shocks due to overflow of drainage outside and flowing into houses. Please look into this asap. Registered View

74 7/25/2007 Hoskote Police Station and Quarters constructed for staff of this station I. 1. Some walls of the recently constructed Hosakote Police Station constructed by Engineers and Engineers, Bangalore, Contractors, have developed cracks, resulting in rain water seeping in; 2. low quality steel windows used and so not able to close them; 3. the tiles used for flooring have come loose; 4. besides, the stone slab used to cover the pit outside the police station has broken, causing foul smell. II. 1. The newly constructed quarters for the staff of Hoskote Police Station, have developed cracks, causing seeping in of rain water; 2. Doors used for main doors, inside doors, bathroom doors do not have latches/proper fittings,resulting in not being able to bolt the doors from inside; 3. water collects on the stairs and seeps into nearby walls. Kanabur, Survey No. 213, The under ground cables used in the project for construction of 13 PC quarters constructed 3 years ago has burnt out resulting in disruption of electric supply. It was around 8 o-clock in the evening after our prayers, when we came near our cars we found that the front logos of our cars were stolen. My car VW polo is just two days old.
