         With reference to the above subject, it is to inform you that in the meeting held by the Chief Secretary to review the working of Karnataka Police Housing Corporation and its monitoring system of watching the progress of the civil works, it was decided that the Karnataka State Police Housing Corporation be appointed as Consultant for helping your organization to effectively monitor your works.
