KSPHC Vision 2020

The Vision Document Vision document has been prepared with the assistance of a top management consultant and has been approved by the board of Directors and the shareholders in the annual general meeting held on 25/8/2007. This is the preliminary vision document to show the business growth profile of the KSPHC. This was formally released by Prof. B.K.Chandrashekar Chairman Karnataka Legislative Council on 28th August at the closing ceremony of the Symposium on Good Governance through Professional Project Management held at Banquet Hall of the Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore when all invitees including representatives of other Police Housing Corporations in the country were present. Once the views of the stakeholders are ascertained through the wider consultation process now underway, the Final version of the Vision 2020 document will be adopted by the Board of KSPHC and implemented in KSPHC.

Vision 2020 – Discussion Paper - Key Issues for Debate 

Preparation of a vision document that looks a decade beyond the present day entails making numerous assumptions and envisioning various likely scenarios. In the present exercise also, this holds true.
